Family reunion

I have a big family. Mom has 9 brothers and sisters. Most of them already have several grandchildren.
With some siblings we have a good relationship and some less. There are those that we really like but live far away and daily routine and difficult to find time to meet. So my sister’s idea to try to bring all the family together for one day was a brilliant idea.

Looking for ideas

We looked the internet for ideas. There are many good sites and great ideas and games. But we wanted to just get together, talk in a simple way and maybe one or two games for our family reunion, Therefore, we planned for this day three things: breakfast, presentation of images of family life and a trivia game.
It was just what we needed during the day was time to sit down, talk to the people, to remember and shed a tear when we saw the pictures from the past, and of course the added fun trivia game at the end of the day.

In conclusion

It was fun fun. Sitting with grandparents, uncle always wanted to talk, play with the grandchildren and nephews. This is a refreshing break from the routine. Then everyone will return to his life and his business. Until the next meeting ..

Family meeting – Birthday

A good opportunity to meet the whole family. Grandfather, grandmother, uncles, aunts grandchildren. Typically, the meeting concentrated around food: a good meal and have dessert at the end. Then the kids go play in the yard and the adults sit and talk and see forgotten videos.

Family Activity

This time we wanted to make something different, Grandpa had a birthday, and we were looking for ideas for 60th birthday. We were looking for ideas for family activities and finally found the “Personal trivia” simple and ingenious idea: we wrote the questions, and when we started the game everyone could answer the questions through their smart phones. Suddenly everyone is interested when was grandfather got married to my grandmother, and where he learned and what he likes to eat.

After the game was over, and of course the winner received a prize. We went through the traditional moment of taking pictures.
Each family photographed separately normal image where all standing and smiling, then all photographed together with grandparents at the center and at the end, and it’s the most fun: free style, children posing and being photographed the way they want, usually, every family has their uncle that acts like a clown and takes too part at the show of strange expressions.

That’s it, going home. Until next time. I always think, at the end of a day like that, if we lived together all day, every family, as once the tribe. How’s life been like?

רעיון למשחקי חברה

בעקבות רשימה שקראתי: רעיונות למשחקי חברה, החלטתי להוסיף גם אני מהידע האישי שלי ומינסיוני מספר משחקים שמתאימים למפגשים חברתיים

חבילה עוברת: מכינים משימות שונות על פתקים, עוטפים צעצוע קטן בהרבה שכבות עיתון כאשר בכל שכבה ישנו פתק של משימה.  כל מי שמקבל את החבילה לעשות את המשימה ולהעביר למשתתף הבא.

ריצה בשק: מעמידי מספר משתתפים על קו זינוק. כל משתתף מחזיק בתוך רגליו שק שאותו הוא תופס בעזרת ידיו. על המשתתפים להגיע ראשונים לקו הסיום בעזרת קפיצות בלבד, מבלי לעזוב את השק.

זהו את החלק: מצלמים חלקי גוף של המשתתפים, אצבעות, מרפק, כף רגל וכדומה. לאחר מכן עושים תחרות זיהוי של מי כל חלק.

תן קו: מכינים מספק פתגמים או משפטים ידועים רשומים על פתקים. בנוסף מציבים לוח מחיק במרכז החדר. מחלקים את האורחים לשתי קבוצות, נציג כל קבוצה מקבל פתגם והוא צריך להעביר את הפתגם לחברי קבוצתו באמצעות ציורים על הלוח מבלי להשתמש במילים. על הקבוצה לנחש מהו הפתגם הסודי אותו הנציג מנסה להעביר.

שבע בום: משחק פשוט וידוע. לפי תור מתחילים לספור ביחד עד מאה. כל פעם שמגיעים למספר שכולל את הספרה שבע או שהוא מכפלה של המספר 7 יש לצעוק “בום” במקום אותו מספר. משתתף שטעה יוצא מהמשחק עד שהאחרון מנצח.

לספור עד 50: המטרה לספור יחד עד 50, מבלי לתאם בין המשתתפים יש לצעוק את המספר לפי סדר עולה. העניין הוא שרק לאחר מותר לומר את המספר, אם שניים או יותר אמרו את אותו מספר המשחק נכשל ויש להתחיל את הספירה מהתחלה.

 משחק אסוציאציות  יושבים במעגל, הראשון זורק מילה ולפי הסדר (אפשר גם לא לפי הסדר) כל אחד בתורו זורק לחלל החדר אסוציאציה שהמילה האחרונה מעלה בו.:   המשחק יכול להיות מאד משעשע ומצחיק אין בו תחרות, הכל נכון וכמובן שאין גם מנצח

When we look at Jewish artists active today, Kadishman, Woody Allen, itzhak pelerman, Leonard Cohen and many more we wonder where are their sources of inspiration. Well, that I have no answer but I can say that they were not the first Jewish artists. Apparently Bible contains many famous characters that were really artists. Everyone had his own independent expertise, and their art influenced and affected to this day. So here’s a short list of Jewish Artists Personalities:
